Dear Customer,

From Monday 9th June, our Trade counter will be open on a collection basis only, orders must be placed ahead of time so we can minimise the amount of time people are in the building.  Only one customer is permitted to be in the building at a time, if there is already someone waiting, you must wait on the lines displayed outside.

To collect your order please approach the glass and ring the bell.  Once we know what you require, please wait in the marked box on the floor until we bring your order to you.

We will, unfortunately, not be accepting cash payments during this time.  All sales that require immediate payment will only be paid by card.

The safety of our staff and customers is our priority and these rules are to protect us all.  Any abuse will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave.

Following the announcement from the UK government, we would like to confirm we are currently still able to fulfil orders from our warehouse. A number of our customers provide essential services and therefore we need to remain open to ensure they have the supplies they need to function at this difficult time. We are operating with a reduced team in our warehouse, so orders may take longer than usual to dispatch.
Our Customer Service team, Sales Engineers and Operations team are currently working from home as per government guidelines, and remain contactable for any queries and orders at this time. Our trade counter remains closed.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any further updates on our social media channels.

Following the government’s advice regarding COVID-19, we have decided to close our trade counter from 18/03/20. This is to reduce the number of people entering Filtration Ltd and to protect our staff. Currently our Customer Service Team is available as usual and we are still dispatching orders. We will continue to monitor the situation and any updates will be shared on our social media channels.
